By extending its standard hot runner product range, DME has become even more flexible. We now offer a solution for almost any application up to 96 nozzles per mold. The new Polimax nozzles, for example, are now available in different lengths from 50 to 500 mm with a shot weight of up to 3000 gr. On top of that, we offer a multitude of different tips, so that the type of gate can easily be chosen by changing the nozzle tip.

Additionally we offer the new Polifast nozzles for parts up to 50 gr. It comes with a variety of tips, like its big sister the Polimax nozzle and the new Policosmetic for specific applications in the packaging industry.

Not only has DME improved its flexibility in the open nozzles range, but also in its valve gate systems, with the Polivalve valve gate system. Here the operator can choose from various options, whether an electric or hydraulic drive is required, a pre-installed system or a complete hot half. The latter is also possible for the open type systems, hence the operator only has to add the cavity plate to start production, saving time and money.

In times of an uncertain economy DME now offers an economically priced Hot Runner system in its product range to ensure a worthy alternative when the pressure on cost reduction is high. The new Essential-Series is a cost-efficient hot runner system for standard materials in the 1, 2 or 4 nozzle format.
